Whether you’re looking to spot & stalk giant velvet Mule Deer or yelp in a spring gobbler, Sand River Outfitters has the ground and the expertise to put you on the trophy you’re after. We hunt whitetail, mule deer, elk, rio & merriam’s turkeys and snow geese. Guiding and hunting is a way of life here at Sand River Outfitters, and seemingly never ends!
Our turkey hunts consist of DIY & guided opportunities throughout the Nebraska turkey season. We have both Merriam’s and Rio Grande turkey populations in our area (Recognized as Hybrids by the NWTF).
With the high density of turkeys found in our area, calling, decoys and run-and-gun set-ups are most effective and will bring the birds in close for a shot.
